looking for a low cost all inclusive and items to bring to the Dominican people

I am new to the board. I've been to DR many of time but never to Punta Cana. This will be my first time staying in a hotel, before I've stayed with families. Since I'm traveling with my infant (11 months), I feel it's best to go to an all inclusive so we don't have to leave the hotel much. Any suggestions are appreciated. Also, I usually bring soap, toys, shampoo, and other things to DR for anyone I meet there. Even though I am on a budget for this trip, I would like to keep the tradition going. Any suggestion of what to bring would be great thanks. BTW... Great board.
