    does anyone know anything about a new development in the Punta Cana area which is called Punta Perla???? It is suppose to be huge and on the tip of the island? Thanks again to everyone that is going to help with this. I really enjoy the information I receive from this website. Also does anyone want to buy an ocean view lot [10,000m2] in the Sosua area???

    Have they started any construction. Is this a legitimate construction site/development or is it like a lot of other pipe dreams??? thanks

    It's definitely a legitimate development with condos, a golf course and a marina. Prices range from US$250,000 to around US$1,500,000.
