Default Sirenis Coctal

Hello!

My boyfriend and I are travelling to the Dominican Republic soon for a 2 week holiday at the Sirenis Cocotal beach resort. I was wondering if anyone has been there and could let us know what it's like and what to expect? Do you have any tips, anything we should bring, should or shouldn't do during our stay etc...

Thanks very much!

Default sirenis

Hi,
I was at Sirenis last Oct...the room was great, but shower was not so great...did not drain well. The beach was ok, but I've been to better in la romana...not sure if that was because it was the rainy season. But these trips are what you make of it. The staff were really nice, and the dancers at the show...Melvin, if he is still there are excellent! When we went there were also a lot of mosquitos in the evenings, especially after it rained, which I did not experience in la romana. However i fully recoomend a day trip to either isle catalina or saona...I did a saona day trip and it was WONDERFUL.
