Housing updates...Punta Cana/Bavaro

Is anyone familiar with any new apartments in the Bavaro area for long term rent(6 months or more).

All I can find in the area are vacation rentals (which are ridiculously priced 1000$ and more)...

Here are a few details of what I need:

2 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Furnished
Safe, neat and modern(if possible)

Any suggestions would really be appreciated !!!

Apartments Villa princesa, next to ocean breezes (H10) Hotel I used to live for a year
fully furnish apartment, permanent power, security 24/7, in 2002 by then a 1 bedroom apt. was U$600. not idea now but you can contact property manager.

You get what you pay.........

take a look of villas Bavaro also, but it's very difficult to find a house or apartment under U$700.00 but you CAN find it. Stay in a budget hotel first for a week before you
decide.

I contacted the owner of Villas princesa and I was quoted $500 per month for a 1 bedroom with a six month contract. I think power was on top of that. I believe he lives in Italy so it's sometimes hard to get a response. Seemed like a resonable place though.
