Last cry for Punta Cana Apartment help....
Hello folks, I know that I have posted here before, but this is my last attempt at really trying to find my "dream" apartment before my arriving to Bavaro in October. We are willing to spend between 800-900$ per month! This must include maintenance fees. I can deal with electricity be separate.
I am looking for the following:
-6 month lease with the possibilty of renewal
-Furnished, the nicer and more modern the better, with decorations if possible
-2 bedrooms (with double or queen beds, no SINGLE beds please)
-2 bathrooms, but 1 will do if there are NO OTHER OPTIONS.
-Gated residential community
-Well situated, near supermarket
-Must have OVEN, not just stove top.
-Pool would be an asset
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!! Thanks to all in advance for any suggestions !!!
Take care !!

You should find something, as your price range in pretty high ...as with most real estate in the DR, it's usually best to get there and look around first.

I PM'd you 2 beautiful places in your price range. As for the oven, the smaller apartments have ovens I think. But with stovetop, barbeque, microwave, and large toaster oven we do just fine.

???
Why would you leave Montreal??
And right before winter when it's so nice with all that dirty ice and slush!!!
Good luck,
p.s. Leave the "plan ahead" part of you behind in MTL. It'll only make you crazy in DR.
