Just came back from a wonderful trip in Puta cana and purchased some ground cocoa on one of the tours. Can anyone tell me how to use this? Tried making hot cocoa but you have to strain it. Anyone know the proper way of using this cocoa
I just bought some too a week ago, haven't tried it yet but the pkg. says it's excellent for baking, cappachino and beverages. So maybe some chocolate kind of Christmas cookies??? I'll try that first.
