weather in punta cana

Hi all, wonder if any of you guys can help???

Coming to PC on the 16th from the UK and just wondered what the weather is doing over there? heard reports of rain and wind and just wanted a residents view rather than someone over here!!!

We've been getting some rain but mostly at night. A nice breeze is coming off the ocean but no big gusts or anything of the sort. Temperature right now is a very nice 27C.

thanks kate, any idea what the forecast is?? I know its winter there too but am kinda hoping for a tan!
