sharing room with teens - resort with best junior suite or apartment

My fiancé (from Santo Domingo) and I (from Canada) are travelling to Punta Cana and I'm bringing my 16 year old son and maybe a friend of his. We (my fiancé and I) want to have a junior suite or apartment where we can have our privacy away from the teen boys...my boy usually stays up late so we don't want him in the same room as ours...and plus!!!!! wink wink

Anyone has any suggestions to which resort has the best to offer?

i hear barcelo bavaro beach has apartment style suites

Barcelo Golf Resort has 2 level suites with 2 sleeping rooms downstairs and a master loft upstairs They also have 1 level , with 2 sleeping rooms

I also have this problem, and from my searching around believe Serenis Tropical have suites with separate beds in a living area, newly opened EdenH have some connecting rooms. Also, Ocean Sands/Blue have connecting rooms too.
