Hiking and caves

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to first say I've enjoyed reading the many posts here! This is a very helpful site indeed. Kudo's to the creators and to all the posters.

I'm headed to Dominican Punta Cana satying at the Catalonia Bavaro resort. We are going from March 21-28 and with this being over the Easter weekend I was looking to do some hiking on trails or going to caves/waterfalls since the water sports will more than likely be down for the weekend. I was just wondering If you could suggest a certain excursion that would pertain to this or places that we could hike to from the resort. I think we are going to do the zip line excursion later in the week but want to do some hiking and exploring on the weekend. Thank you very much in advance!

The only cave/hiking thing I came across is some excursion called Cave Fun Fun or Cueva Fun Fun. See RH Tours, S.A.. I don't personally know anyone who has done it though. Good luck!
