In the Punta Cana area you've got Napoleon that's on the road leaving Veron towards Higuey (left-hand side with a big Canadian flag). If you're looking for something less expensive, then I would recommend going to Jumbo in La Romana.

Or get Dominican style with it and have a welder split a big metal drum down the side and put hinges, legs and a grill in it.

For an additional fee you can probably have someone install a gas line in it.
