I have been to PC many times and I know some hotels are different. Does anyone know if the Riu Naiboa electric outlets will work w/ a standard United States Cell Phone charger?

Probably. If not there are adapters for round european plugs and adapters for three pronged US code plugs..

Last time we stayed there, the adaptors were available in the reception area for use during your stay.

the outlets do not take our polarized plugs (one side slightly larger than the other ) If you have an adaptor set it probably includes a plug that fits (looks just like our old ones ) usualy marked for Caribbean use.
