I am thinking of going to punta cana and staying in barcelo caribe/ beach in late september. Is this off season? How is the weather(hurricane season?)? where would the tourist mainly be arriving from this time of year? And finally, would services be drastically reduced this time of year? Imput is always appreciated.
end september is off season,
so not crowded, long lines at a buffet or such.
it is peak season for the area in case of tropical storms.
services are not reduced,
same amenities available like all over the year
