Puntacana Ranch

I'm heading down to Punta Cana next Friday and am wondering if this place is open to guests from other hotels? If so, does anyone know the approx. cost for a 1hr trail ride and if this includes pick up/drop off at your hotel? Do I book the trail ride privately or will there be someone at my hotel who I can book through (staying at Ocean Blue). Many thanks!
