there's no rental office at the airport.
you can rent a car prior to arrival/online/travel agent aso and they deliver the car to the airport. but til now i would not know about a office of any of the companies.
available in the area are many like avis, butget, national, europcar aso.
happy travels
Mike

Less expensive to do over the internet. I rented from Dollar.com They delivered the car to the airport and i signed all paperwork. use an AMEX card and get additional 10% off. I am also enrolled in there car rental insurance program so declined all insurance. Total amount for a Hundai Sonata was us$35 per day.

right,
and ALWAYS get the insurance from the company where you book online printed and signed.
by experience i tell ya that the contracts you get to sign here when the car is delivered do not show the same 'terms' of 'full insurance' than you would expect at home by a 'full insurance'.
the papers including the insurance papers you get presented to sign here are written in spanish.

I rented a car from Avis. Make the reservation online for a better price. There should be a representative at the airport. You have to look for them or ask somebody. When I went in January; they did not have a kiosk. The car will be at the airport or you will have to take a quick ride to the Avis store with the representative from Avis. They gave me a nice map also.

Best of Luck..
