Default I like to reconnect my Orange cell in Bavaro

I will be staying at Occidental Grand, Bavaro and I would like to reconnect my Orange cell phone. Can anyone tell me how far is the Orange store or if there is one at the airport? I guess the cheapest way would be to get there is motorcancho or is there any public transportation in Bavaro now? I'm also wondering if anyone knows the cost to reconnect?

Many thanks

Hey...I'm pretty sure there's an orange store in the plaza Bolera close to the Punta Cana airport.

A closer option would be the Orange Shop near Friusa....RD$60-80 by motoconcho would be my guess.

don't take the plaza bolera,
too complicated to get a ride to the hotel.
right in front of your hotel flamenco around plaza bavaro and friusa are several orange shops.
grab the next motoconcho at the entrance and tell him to bring you to orange, you will travel less than 5 minutes.
you mentioned 'reconnect'.
does that mean you purchased a cellphone with orange chip on the last vaaction a while ago?
in that case you need to purchase a new chip, the old phonenumber will be gone.
there are time limits, if you do not charge a card within that time period the line get's cancelled.
but that's no prob,
to get a chip is cheap and hassle free, put it in and make your calls.
have fun
Mike

Thank you, Mike.
I lived in Sosua few years ago and I purchased a cell at the Orange Shop, I like to reconnect it while I'm in Bavaro.
Many thanks
