New Year's Eve 2010 in Punta Cana

Dear Friends,

Together with my colleague we are coming from Europe in the late December to visit DR and Haiti. After traveling around the island we would like to spent a New Year's Eve (two nights from 31.12.2009 to 02.01.2010) in some nice hotel in Punta Cana where we could attend some party. We are two 30 years old guys so we would like to spent this night with people in similar age and of course on the party where we could find some nice foreign/local females to party with

Could you please help us and recommend any interesting location?

as you may know, most resorts increase their rates for the last week of dec. and most of them does not book less than 5 nights.
Maybe this year will be diferent, with the actual economic crisis, I Suggest you to wait for last minute booking. I have done this last 8 years, and always find a good resort for 3 nights.

Also expect in some resorts to pay an extra 50dlls each for Gala dinner on 31st.
