Default Absentee Voting How and Where?

Need to find how to get absentee balot for the elections. Does any body know where to apply?
Its there a web cite or direct way of voting through the Net?

To vote abroad you would have had to register. The deadline for registering has passed.

I have a cedula from my home town. It is a voter registration if I am not mistaken. Have there being changes made?

Default It is not the same

Having a cedula in the exterior is insufficient. You need to have registered to vote by January at the closest consulate near you that was handling this.
The is information that exists in this forum/thread. I also have previously posted on this. Do a search...
