According to a few news reports, plus Hoy appear be covering it as well, armed PPH supporters have been trying to steal ballot boxes.

Apparently in one sector Isabelita (close to Av Espana going out of the city) a man was stabbed in an incident relating to stealing ballot boxes.

A similar incident has also been reported in Los Cachorros in Santo Domingo.
