-Hans Hertell, who made an *** of himself with his obvious support of the PPH and had to stand by the OAS observers to warn Hipolito about fraud.
-Generals Zorrilla Ozuna, Euripides Peguero, Sierra , Soto Jimenez and police chief Marte Martinez who will be fired and retired with Leonel's first decree in office on August 16, 2004.
-Guido Gomez Mazara, who will have to hire his own protection to save his *** and avoid ending up like his father in a dump. Leonel can't wait for the U.S. and the DEA to ask for his skin. He will sign in the dotted line fast.
-Josesito Hazim(PRSC VP candidate)& Lila Alburquerque, who could not even deliver a vote larger than their own primaries in San Pedro de Macoris.
-Abigail Soto and Abigail Peña, whose TV program's slogan was "Mas vale arriba con presion que abajo con depresion" to demean the PLD, but could not deliver their own towns of Bani and Cotui. They lost so big...well...
-Melvin Matthews, Juan T.H. and Alvaro Arvelo radio and news analysts who lied 1000 times to defeat Leonel and predicted huge wins for Hipolito.
-Toño Rosario, whose pro-PPH song went like..Leonel no hizo na..na,na,na...
-Maria Acevedo, Cabrera & Asociados(famous for the $10,000,000 bet that Hippo would beat Leonel) and Cedemers for the pollsters who could not shoot straight.
-Dick Morris, Eduardo Estrella's strategist who created the funny, but miserably effective "Hipolito es tu culpa" and "mira Eduardo, el pollo a $27" when chicken was really going for $40. Estrella went from 20% to 8% when Morris took over.
-Julito Hazim, who predicted that leonel would win, then changed his mind and said that Hippo would whip Leonel. Of course, Hippo has a few markers called for about US$23,000,000 that Julito owes Baninter.
-The Atallah family who spent their entire fortune on the PPH.
-Andy Dauhajre and Jaime Aristy Escuder, the laughingstock of economic thought in DR and the worst forecasters of elections and the economy.
-Milagros Ortiz Bosch, Fello Subervi and Ramon Alburquerque(could not even deliver Monte Plata his home town) who make Hipolito look like a star that has just won the Oscar. Clown Incorporated.
-The PQD party of Elias Wessin Chavez, the only party that joined the PRD. Their entire membership will be out of jobs at the CONANI on August 17.
-The Partido de Veteranos, headed by my godfather, who gambled on Eduardo Estrella. Sorry godfather, but Alzheimer's has gotten the best of you.
-The smaller parties, specially the PRI and Nueva Alternativa.gone,gone!!!
-The motoconchistas who have a better chance of getting used bycicles when Leonel takes over. El Plan Renovito is dead!!!
-Corporan de Los Santos, who always picks the wrong candidate. How can this man be so wrong all the time???
-Senate President Chu, who could not even deliver his own Samana.Lost big.
-Direccion General de Aduanas, with almost the entire town of San Cristobal working there, yet they lost San Cristobal by almost 2 to 1.
-Hipolito Mejia, who not only lost "el cargito", but lost in Gurabo!!!!!
-Eduardo Estrella, who could not even win in his hometown Santiago.(17%)
-Peggy Cabral, lost Peña Gomez, his mystique, her reputation,her prestige.
-Tony Raful, whose wife's new TV program on Telecentro "Yahira" will be the first cancellation signed by Leonel.
-Amelia Vega, whose cozyness with Hippo may keep her out of the limelight with the new first lady. She also fell down the stairs of the airplane in Ecuador for the Miss Universe pageant. More bad news to come for her.
-The Dominican basketball stars who made the pro-PPH video. They will have to hide and stay away from basketball tournaments,'cause Leonel is the "new coach".
-Aeromundo- and Guillermo Gomez, the PPH mouthpiece on TV, whose son fumbled with the famous gift of an armored jeepeta to Leonel, thinking Leonel would fall in the trap. What happens now with the US$180,000 they spent in this fiasco?
-The PRSC old guard Bello Andino, Anibal Paez and the rest.

THE WINNERS:
-Joaquin Balaguer Ricardo, who was fired as Consul General by Hippo because he backed Leonel. He will be reapointed big time again and kick ***.
-Asela Lamarche and Eury Cabral- The top Leonel media people will get big jobs and bury the Abigails and Alvaro Arvelo for the next 4 years.
-Hatuey De Camps- sweet victory for the only PRD man who held his ground. The real anti-reelection man and the "David" who defeated "Goliath". This is the man who really defeated Hipolito Mejia. We owe our health to him.
-Vincho Castillo- and all those who voted for Box #21(myself included) in his party line Fuerza Nacional Progresista, the biggest small party winner.
-Roberto Salcedo, who not only cleaned the streets of political propaganda but delivered Santo Domingo for Leonel.
-Former police chief Sans Jiminian-Leonel's trusted police man. Next chief???
-OMSA- despite the destruction of the government's transportation authority by Diogenes Castillo, Leonel will rebuilt this institution as major priority.
-Participacion Ciudadana- Thanks for a clean supervision of the election.
-Nuria Piera- She stands alone as the dominatrix of evil. She is always right.
-Cesar Medina- He was good enough to warn Hippo. Hippo should learn from his old assistant when he was the agriculture minister.

THANKS FOR THE GREAT LIST AND BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! You have done your homework and have a good hold of our realities. I too decided to vote No. 21, for the conscience of the DR, Vincho Castillo, his son Pellegrin, the best congressman we have and his other two sons, great lawyers who will help Dad pursue the PPH gang, I hope!

- Surely Pepe Goico has to be a big loser. When is his head going to be on a plate?
- Eligio Jacquez - loser - has to go to Najayo.
- Esquea Guerrero - not as big a winner as Hatuey, but he can still lift his head up without the shame that Milagros, Fello and others should have.
- Ramoncito Baez of BanInter fame (i guess he's a winner).

LOSERS:
-Edmon Elias, the casino guru, and a man who cannot take a swim in a Dominican beach for fear of the Coast Guard and the DEA. His luck is going so bad, that he has not won a cockfight in more than two months!!! This is the same man who used to dominate the cockfight scene. In his recent effort two of his prize cocks were ready for stew in less than one minute!!! He voted for Hippo too.
-Colombo(the Dominican one), Radio Television Dominicana Channel 4 the government station chief ,who not only promoted and voted for Hippo, but Hippo has not unloaded any cash to pay his staff and even the station's antennas cannot be repaired. He will also be fired on August 17. He will not get back his PR job at Edesur, which he quit to take over Ch.4 where he was paid in dollars.The last thing he had in his mind was that Hippo was going to buy back Edesur, and that Leonel was going to be running the show. This guy should jump from the Empire State Bldg.
WINNER:
Pollo Cibao chief executive who financed Leonel. He will be selling lots of chicken again. But will chicken prices come down to help his favorite candidate?
