hi i am currently living in england and my partner is of dominican nationallity and i am currently looking to move there in the next couple of months, he lives in Puerto plata, so i am looking for some sort of work.

does anyone have advise on where to start looking for this?

Try searching the DR1 Archives"! Just look under,"Some Sort" in the "jobs" section,and see what you come up with.
Or,you may want to state your qualifications,such as :Fluent in Spanish,or graduate in the "Hospitality Industry",etc.and tell us where you might want to work!!
Your "Partner"(You didn't state if male or female??) could possibly go back to the "AI" where you met to look for "something"! You know what I mean????

Why isn't your partner looking for a job for you? He lives in PP and can ask around. You will most likely have to wait until you get there and take a call centre job. Lot's of those for English speaking people.
