Expanding to The Dominican Republic we now seeking a dynamic group individuals to help lead our outbound and inbound sales force. SOME SATURDAYS, NO SUNDAYS. OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Lead a team of telephone sales professionals.
* Monitor calls and provide feedback.
* Place calls to prospects to teach your team how to be successful.
* Provide a high level of energy to your team.
* Conduct ongoing training to your team in groups as well as individually.
* Pump up your team with daily motivational meetings.
* Earn big commissions!!
