Building a villa in Gaspar Hernandez and looking for a person or family who can do the following:
Watchman
Pool maintenance
Yard maintenance

Ideally can communicate in English util my spanish improves.
Any ideas or recommendations?
Would consider building a small casita on the property for the right family.
