We are looking for a male or female sales person for our Cabarete office.
Following are the requests :
1. English speaking
2. Acknowledge of Spanish
3. PC experience
4. Must have own decent car or jeep
5. At least 1 year living in the DR with valid cedula ID
6. Preferable Married or long-term relationship
7. Must own property in the DR , or at least live 1 year in the same rental property.
8. Minimum age : 30 years
9. Preferable experience in real estate and sales.

I would have thought peterw's job announcement was a MODEL OF CLARITY. So why would anyone think he would need to contact a poster who is, it would appear, looking for a different type of employment? When he has already spelled out with admirable lucidity what those interested need to do and when the poster following his announcement does not appear to have met at least one of his criteria. Beats me..........
