I saw Stephanie do an interview today and she talked about how excited she is to go to the Dominican Republic. She was given the choice of the Atlanta project or the one in the DR. The hosts asked her if she had ever been to the DR and she said no. They then asked her why she chose it. Her reply was "Have you ever seen the ocean there? She saw a video and loved the colors of the ocean. They went on to talk quite a bit about the beauty of the island, the growth and the golf. During the interview other than the first reference of where she was going to be working Stephanie and the hosts called the country the Dominican. They must have called it the Dominican at least 7 times. I was cringing for all the folks on DR1 who hate that.
The Donald can and will most likely be very good publicity for the country. Let's hope someone teaches them the correct name of the island.

This is why there are full paid ads in all of the newspapers telling people that the activities on the 28th are STRICTLY by INVITATION ONLY.

The inauguration of the Marina will be huge....justly so...after all the Hillbilly stayed there....hehehe

BIG BIG BIG!!! Our hotel is totally full, all the private villas are full and we've still got people calling trying to get rooms... this is going to be one crazy weekend! But even worse for them since they don't have the installations yet to be able to host 3,000-4,000 people that easily. Can't wait to see what people will say.

When appearing on the Live with Regis and Kelly show on Tuesday, 24 April, with co-host Kelly Ripa and guest co-host Bryant Gumbel, she told Ripa and Gumbel that her decision to pick the Cap Cana project had been an easy one. "Did you see the pictures of Atlanta and of the Caribbean? Did you see the color of the ocean?" Schaeffer told Gumbel when he asked why she had chosen this option. "It is about the work, but there's a golf course!"
