Customer Support Manager
The IKO headquarters, situated in Cabarete (Dominican Republic) has a full time job available for a vibrant, hard working and efficient administrative professional to work within a busy team environment.
This position involves organizing ITC’s, processing instructors and schools registrations, invoicing, product ordering and requires multi tasking to keep on top of the high number of customer enquiries and emails received daily.
Candidate profile requirements include:
- experience in administrative work
- confident to work efficiently unsupervised and within a team environment
- competent computer skills (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- speak and write English fluently, Spanish/French and/or another language is plus
- accounting experience desirable
- be a kiter or have some knowledge of kiteboarding
- be willing to live on a tropical island in the Caribbean!
