An international NGO is seeking a finance manager/accountant for a new sustainable tourism development program. Responsibilities include to establish and implement financial systems for field office, project accounting, and grants finance management, financial reporting, cash flow management, procurement of goods and services, track and process payments. Ideal candidate should have a degree in business management, accounting, economics or other relevant field, with 5 years of professional experience in financial management and accounting. Candidate will also have previous experience managing financial aspects of USAID contracts or cooperative agreements, with concentration in budget design, planning and oversight, cash flow analysis and expenditure projections. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in MS Windos necessary. Bilingual (English-Spanish).
