Default Call Center in Santiago

Hello All

Will be moving a call center from SD to Santiago in the next couple of weeks. We are an established inbound call center that will be looking for bilingual english/spanish operators as well as german/spanish, german/english operators. I know finding english/spanish operators will not be a problem, but for the german operators I am not to sure. Anyone interested in applying please email the address below. Anyone have any ideas if I can find german speaking operators in Santiago or surrounding areas. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

You'd be surprised!! there are a lot of German speaking Dominicans. Mostly women that have lived or were born to women that "worked" in Austria, Switzerland or Germany.
I have two in one of my classes. Studying medicine...

Yeah there're a lot of German speaking people there but are they willing to work in a Call center? Furthermore they probably have to work European hours meaning starting at 3am!!!!!!!!!!

Talking

A good saying but much more amusing, to me anyway, en Espanol.

Also: an experienced IT Person.

We will also be in the market for a good experience IT person. This position may be able to be done part time. Please let me know if you would be interested.

What does anyone think the chances of me being able to find a fluent English/Spanish/German operator would be.

I have no idea why you would want to relocate to Santiago, you are looking at a much smaller labor pool and much more limited telecommunications options.

Make sure you carefully research the internet connections available in the area you plan to relocate to. Just because Tricom, or Codetel offer the service doesn't mean they will provide it, Santiago is more or less an afterthought when it comes to advanced internet service.
