Job opportunity for education

In May, I will graduate from college with a teaching degree in Language Arts and English as a Second Language. I would like to move from the United States to Santo Domingo for at least a year and find a teaching job, or any job where I can use/teach English. I've taken Spanish classes in college but I could certainly learn a lot more! I'm pretty much open, I don't need a "teaching" job in a school but something that is safe for a 22 year old girl. I've looked into St. George and The Ashton School of Santo Domingo, and I'm waiting on a response from them.
