You need to ask them directly. Note the hiring was taking place in 2008.

If they are not responding, they could have changed the email address. Note it is an old ad.

This seems to be the situation in lots of call centers in the county.
most of the small 20seat or less have disappear, large one are regrouping and reducing cost not to close down their doors.
With the high unemployment rate in the States we will not see many jobs getting outsource to the Dominican republic anytime soon, unless their are outbound sales calls.. those are always a hot commodity cuz volume is never enhought...
I suggest looking into getting a us base job that you can telecommute.
Look into stable large companies if possible since many small firms are also struggling in the states.
