Such as where it is located? (At least the city?)

We just limit ourselves to post opportunities as we become aware of them. This was all that the school disclosed for those applying. You will have to contact them directly for more information.

They should at least provide a general location: they will lose out on applicants who won't bother to send information because the location was not specified, and will waste their time going through applications from people who may turn down the opportunity once they find out the location.
