An international organization is seeking candidates to serve as an accounting technician. Qualifications sought:
University degree in accounting, finance, business administration.
3-5 years experience with increasing responsibilities in accounting or a related field. Analysis of financial data involving extensive use of a comprehensive automated accounting system.
Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking/writing/reading).
High level of analytical skills and sound of judgment. Good communication skills in work with staff at a personal level.
Ability to maintain effective working relation with American and local personnel, as well as officials of the host government and local banks.
Able to analyze and read a wide range of government documents.
Able to make decisions and plan, organize and schedule work. Able to compile and present detailed accounting and financial information in a concise and professional manner. Experience in the use of MS Office and ability to use MS Excel.
