Default Lessons to be learned from Jeanne
Some good may come of this storm in that hotels may desist from building in environmentally fragile areas, such as wetlands, near lagoons (understand Bavaro lagoon overflowed), taking over river beds (case of the Marina de Casa de Campo), etc. I think this one will become a textbook case.
