The problem is simple, so simple but too simple for interesting people.
It takes 5 or 6 years from the idea until the opening of a power plant.
Everyday, as growing nation , people buy, radios, fans, electrical devices.
Let us say there is only 3000 , mixer, computers, TV more everyday...
As there is no project to invest more in power plan and even if tomorrow there is a check from World Bank to start a power plan...everyday more electrical devices....
The problem is not only to pay the bill.
This problem will last for 10 years minimum.
