Change of Minister for Environment - any updates

I was following from afar the internal politicking and so on with regards to the replacement of Max Puig with Omar Ramirez as Minister of the Environment. As I am currently in Europe, I find it difficult to work out exactly what is going on - does anyone know the word on the street about the debate.

Also, does anyone know who has replaced Omar Ramirez as head of National Parks and Protected Areas?
