Nice John. I have seen these guys many times on some flowers growing here, but different color. Orange with yellow zebra stripes. I wonder if they are closely related?
The flowers that attract these butterflies are similiar to marigolds, but grow much, much taller. I am working on getting the seeds germinated. Thanks for the post, informative, I like it. Keep it up!

Hi, John, can you get a Jutia. Never seen one. This is my chalenge to you. Ok, I'll make it a little bit easier, how about a calandra. Very colorful bird (red - black and some other colors).

im only identifying things we see every day that we may not know the name of - im not taking the photos lol - if only my box brownie was digital. all the pictures have the original source embedded in them i think

Huh? You don't know where you get these photos????
Just put something like:
