I agree with the above. I was stung by wasps so many times trying to get to these my nickname was "El Chino". Those who have been stung in the face know what I mean.

YOu will have to fight off the major mango exporters!!

Sorry to rain on your parade.

Mango trees take about 4 years to reach full production.
Land is dear.
Chemicals, fertilizers and equipment are dear.
You need a packing house.
You need USDA approval-on your nickle

There are several exportable varieties. Go to the Junta Agroindustrial Dominicana (JAD) and ask them which varieties are being exported...This is not nuclear physics...

Lost of ducks to line up. Doable? Yes, but cheap it is not.

i go to the thai store back north and buy dried mango, mango juice, sweetened mango pieces, mango that is shrink wrapped for juicing. they now have mango ice cream in local supermkts. but your probably right you come home one day and all your fruit is gone... taxes.... maybe i should just try to buy a mango or two to eat and see if they are good....

must be a difference to be corrected. in thailand or far east, if you have mango trees you harvest them and sell them. different ways to sell of course. buy, point being around 150$ per tree depending . my local friend said that he does not want mangos for a few reasons. make a mess on your property. people always taking them. kids climbing. me , i think harvest the whole tree at once. make mango jam.... but it is an extra 1000pd a week...i want to plant at least one or two...

Viper wasp - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki
The viper wasp's venom, in significant quantities, could cause cramps, diarrhea, yellowing of the eyes, numbness of the extremities,

Ah, and just in the knick of time. I was starting to take everything way too seriously.
Madera, you are like a breath of fresh heir loom.

Mango mellon, the kind they use for American pie is my fave. They are large, soft and warm, and easy to grow. They are like big ripe pineapples, princess.

I think they would be easy, and to export too, maybe to Thailand, or some place where they wear big jewelry, like Nol Jork, or bigger and betty.

Keep searching. You will find true happiness in green go grows good mango grocery.
