Anyone who banks online having any issues the last few days in connecting or retrieving personal banking info (balance, statement, etc.) from bancanetsantacruz.com.do.
I would call however I am out of the country at the moment.
No problem for me logging on. Your password might have expired. If so, you can set a new password and establish how long you want the password to be effective before it, too, expires.
Thanks for your response. I'm aware of the password feature, however for some reason it is not allowing me to even change that today. I will try to contact the IT dept. in SD.
If you send them an email, they're prompt about responding. They'll send you under a separate email a new password to get in; then you can change it to whatever you like. Very impressed with their customer service.
