TW is now Closed
After a long run and actively participating in all the most viewed posts in this forum, I decided its time to go. I do not want to be the reason to cause threads to close, but I will not change my ways for nobody. As I have stated time and time again, I am an independent mind. I report to no one. Several threads have been closed after my intervention and I cannot function in an atmosphere of deletions of free thought. This was supposed to be the free-for-all forum. It blew the hell out of all the others by almost twice as many posts and 10 times as many viewers. But I guess this is not for me. Lurking is the way to go. Sorry for the inconveniences.

I hear ya TW....this is suppossed to be the "open fourm" not for the light hearted. Rob...Maybe you could try saying that's enough to the culprits and then if no avail.....stop them from posting.....not all of everyone else!!!

I completely agree with superchopo on this one...As much as you didn't like our arguments, they were some of the most viewed threads. I fail to see the reason why the picture thread was closed. Could Robert explain what we can talk about in this "Open" forum?

I don't get it - who cares if the picture thread is closed? You can still look at the photos there and the gallery is still accessible, sooo...
Why would we want to resume a crazy conversation that ended with TW and AZB running for office? Why, God, why?

It's very simple and I have said it a million times already.
When threads turn into personal attacks, then appropriate action is taken.
If you have a problem with this simple rule, don't participate.
Why should we (DR1) waste our money on bandwidth, time and support so a few people can vent their frustrations and make childish attacks on others?
The offenders wouldn't have the guts to treat people like they do in a face to face situation, so we are certainly not going to allow it happen on our board.

Robert,
While I agree with what you did and most of what you said, I have to give TW some credit, he normally counterattacks, doesn't usually start things off and I believe that out of all, he and Chriss would probably be the two who would say it to someone's face.

I only speak for myself BTW
I have no problems with threads that don't suit me personally. I can choose not to view them. You get to remember which threads are complete nonsense.
I actually enjoy watching the fur fly sometimes. You get a lot of humor in some of those threads and as long as it isn't my fur that is flying...
Just me 2 cents Numero Uno, no change neccessary
