The Washington Post printed an article on the front page of it's Sports Section today, Sept. 17th, 2003, regarding Major League Baseball's acknowledgement of abuses by Dominican buscones and the need to stop the rampant blackmail, criminality and falsification of documents pertaining to Dominican baseball players.
