help with a song i heard

ok this is a long shot but the song is very popular in sosua. i've been hearing for a while now but always forget to ask who sings it. it's a guy and a girl singing. it's a reggaeton song. and the girl will say something like papi mas quiera.....and then in another part of song they scream out dominicano twice as part of the chorus. anyone have any clue who sings it and what it's called.

i think the song ur talking about is a song by daddy yankee, la cola de motora.

'Cola de motora' it is, but the artist is Don Miguelo not Daddy Yankee.

True, a lot of those reggaeton singers sound the same and they all seem to have this same female singer as countervoice, which is probably just an impression as well.
