Hola!
I'm new to this. I just happened onto this site and found the forums. I have been reading and i decided to join, so again hello. I searched around and noticed there wasn't anything on traditional dominican recipes. I'd like to start the thread to post family favorites. Also since Christmas is coming maybe some of you have Cena de Noche Buena recipes. I should know this!!! I am latina (& pround! ) so i cook spanish food and know the basics but not dominican, so my traditions and foods vary from my dominican husband. We spent the last 2 holidays with his family so I didn't have to cook. This year everyone is coming to our house so imagine how stressed i am to cook the perfect dominican dinner for Nochebuena!!! HELP!
