All of your videos are interesting and/or fun to watch. Why not use your internet fame to form a group of young NY Dominican do - gooders, that go to the DR and do heplful projects that help the poor. You could document these projects on your videos. It could start with something simple, like bringing a suitcase of school supplies. (or a cleaning up some litter )

The internet is a powerful tool.

Keep on posting the videos! I love watching.

The "videos" (and please excuse me for not being impressed. Paul Gerace does excellent work in depicting the DR. "Proud" people don't rationalize behavior like he does; they never behave that way in the first place. What would have made me impressed with his "love" for his country, would have been to video the recording of kicking the everliving s#!t out of his possee for THEIR behavior. THAT would have been impressive. Not trying to weasel out of responsibility AFTER being busted.

DK: you don't have to have genetic roots to "love" something, nor do you have to have a sad life-story of victimhood. Hillbilly shows his love by his actions with his many successful adopted children. There are many ex-pats here who show love for the DR in ways that you never could or will. I am among them.

You may be resentful of the attitudes expressed toward your actions, i.e. youe videography. Perhaps one day you'll become mature enough to look back with regret and embarrassment on your conduct. I know I look upon my impetuous yout' with severla incidents of embarrassed regrets.

Mr. Cobraboy, while I do not agree with the contents of the video and the lack of any artistic value (but its my opinion), I do recognize that this video
was not produced to impress middle age men like myself or like youself. its evident that there is a huge generation gap and I do not expect myself to find these videos too appealing to my taste. However, if you see the same videos in youtube (original posting site) you will see that the comments left under the videos are made by people who actually have enjoyed these videos and want to see more. The same evidence was revealed when I posted my thread of photos of santiago, vs chip's photos of barrios; most people loved the barrio pictures taken from a moving motorcycle. So I think, his videos are not made to entertain folks of our age but to amuse and entertain young people of his own age group.
So I leave it at that because I see DK's intentions are sincere towards helping his folks and to enjoy his country in the manner he knows best. I am sure he will grow out of it and when looking back in time, he will have a good laugh.

Sometimes AZB you take things just a little too far. My father is a product of the projects you so condescendingly speak of--and guess what he is a physician today. The ignorance emanating from the "projects" stem from US policy that has completely ignored that segment of the population. You see they don't have the opportunity to get a grade A education like the people in Malibu, or the folks in Alpharetta. Sure w/hard work and discipline anything is possible, but w/ a silver spoon in your mouth things become a whole lot easier. Just ask our president.
