I received the pics from a buddy of mine who lives in Santiago and the title really was as I put it.
Most likely it's just a deformed pup that was still born

Ahaha... I know the owner of this car, Fausto, and no it is not a joke, he helps Defensa Civil when they need him. I actually got in that car and it runs pretty good!

I just want to say that this is not the first time I have seen this hoem made equipment. Up in the mountains just north of Azua I saw a complete gym made like this. If I can find the pics I will post them.
