Does anyone know who one would call or what site to enquire about the information on acquiring the new style cedulas for a existing dominican resident.
I have seen many people here holding expired cedulas dating back over a year.
I stoped by the Dom. Embassy in DC. When I had to go back to the US. 2 weeks ago. They told me the new cedula will not be isued till at least Jan.. They can't get it either. If you hear something different let me know.
