ive just recieved an e mail stating, Judy from Las Canas has been fired by the owner, regarding a flurry of court cases against her by residents

I heard the same thing last week. Are they changing ownership? I thought everything was good up there with the road being done and other businesses opening up.Hope the new manager keeps things going in a positive direction, It is really a beautiful place.

It's a very very long story between certain residents and judy and if she was fired or just quit is up to speculation until we hear BOTH sides of the story. I really don't think this should be discussed on this board without at least her input and I don't want to feed into the rumor-mill. I just wish Judy the best in her future endeavors!

All I will say about this is, that I have had the privilege to meet and get to know Judy over the last 2 years. We did some repair and adjustment consulting about some technical issues the development is facing.
Judy has been extremely supportive of my educational efforts with "my" girls. I consider her a friend and we love her, miss her and hope she will prevail and come out of this winning as, from my stand point she so well deserves. I also think she is one of the hardest working person in the business and I sincerely doubt Las Canas will do very well without such a dedicated and experienced person heading it's management on site.

Since there are court cases pending I hope that the facts will be revealed to the courts and rumors and gossip left to be just that or preferably just die away.

I spoke to the individuals(no names) that are in charge with the "day to day" in Las Canas and verified that Judy was not fired, good to hear.
