banco central online banking

I went to the website for banco central and there seems to be no login /password to check your accounts like BHD and BP and BR is this correct they don't offer that or did I overlook the website. I was advised that it's best to open and account with Banco Central and Ban Reservas. But I need to know if BC has online banking.

You cannot do commercial banking in the Banco Central, that's why you don't find anything resembling online banking in their homepage. The only interaction the Central Bank has with the public is CD and they are not offering right now. You can do commercial banking in Banco de Reservas though.
