How to find a Juez Civil to perform a marriage

Would like to have a very simple civil marriage ceremony in Santo Domingo (bride, groom, 2 testigos and a child). How can I a)directly contact someone to perform the ceremony or b) find someone to coordinate it for me?

Most of the websites direct me to hotels but most of the ones with which I've spoken aren't interested in something this small.

You go to your nearest Oficialia de Estado Civil office and make an appointment. Look in the government section of the telephone directory. For example, there's one on Ave. Romulo Betancourt near the intersection with Privada.
