I have a vistor coming to NY next week for a medical exam and I know that he worked for a good number of years for Pacheco before LF came into office. Can someone give me a little background who Pacheco was-what he stood for etc.?
PRD member. Leader of the Dominican Congress (Chamber of Deputies) when the PRD were in power (up till 2004). Candidate for Santo Domingo Mayor in 2006, but he lost to Roberto Salcedo.
