What is the evidence - house in the mountains in her husband's name on land that was bought 9 years ago and house started 5 years ago. Granted the house is worth more than the 5,000,000 RD but it is not what I call a mansion. I know many people involved with education in the DR, and there has been many small improvements within the education ministry, but remember as it any government in the DR, it's in with the new and out with the old each time the party in power changes so you end up with political appointees in charge of school districts that are not qualified for the job.
