Default Don't kill them babies, wait untill they are adults

In life we must be positive. We know that man is an integral part of his environment. That influence fleet from top to bottom. The government exists for simple reasons, very basic, which are to protect citizens, national sovereignty and provide essential services worthy of a society which is based on rules and laws.
What happens in a society where many men are not positive because the environment in which they are developing is full of decadence and misery, because the church and those who govern them do not provide basic services such as education and job opportunities?
What happens when those who are on top pass certain level of negative influence down to the masses, because they are corrupt and treacherous to the principles of patriotic ism? Due to these men in power lack of fidelity or loyalty to their country, the bad example of the crimes they commit against their homeland's political representatives form of government that are indeed influencing and generating more crime due to their violations and breaches, and due to their lack of fidelity or loyalty to the nation and the laws that their help establish themselves.

When a country has no positive men and truly nationalist ruling, eventually that country fall into the abyss of social-economic instability. What current rulers are doing to benefit as much as possible the Dominican Republic as a country and avoid chaos? The Metro is not a benefit of priority, such as education, health and electricity. It's as well that Venezuela, with the agreement of petro-Carib, had offered this the opportunity to exchange our country beans (black beans) for oil and the government and his secretary of agriculture had done nothing to generate the production of such beans and capitalize on this offer. Why? Perhaps because they are part of the problem, not the solution!

Regarding crime, lack of economic opportunities, and growth of human beings, people who are born and reared in a miserably chronic poverty in a country where neither the government nor the church assume total responsibility, to at least , provide a concrete opportunity of a solid education and employment opportunity, are serious problems to be solved: It is important that laws support the individual rights of every citizen, especially women's right to take its own decision to maintain a pregnancy or not. Logically the state within a democratic framework, must respect the decisions of individual women who believe that for one reason or another do not have, perhaps, the economic resources to maintain a pregnancy is not desirable. The separation of church and government is absolutely vital to achieve a lasting and solidly representative democracy.

There is a certain level of irony when some representatives of the church indirectly support, inconsistent with reason, that the criminals who are a vile product due to the miserable poverty which their are born and bred, isn't being shot and killed as a way to fight the same crime that society generates, life is sacred after that man is born and grows.

Christ said: "Father, forgive them who do not know what they do"!
